P16F and PA16F panel potentiometers feature integrated knobs and IP67 sealing with a high dielectric strength of 5,000V AC and power ratings up to 1 W at 40°C (104°F).
Simplifying designs and lowering costs in industrial and audio applications, the integrated knob eliminates the need to purchase a separate knob. With only the mounting hardware and terminals on the back side of the panel, the potentiometers reduce the clearance required behind the panel to just <0.6 in. (15 mm).
With a conductive plastic resistive element, the PA16F is for audio applications, while the cermet P16F is for industrial motor drives, welding equipment, HVAC & lighting systems, and control panels. With IP67 sealing, the devices are reliable in extreme environments.
The potentiometers are available with custom knob markings, resistance values, wires, and connectors, in addition to detent and switch options. They're also available with a metallic knob on request. Both are tested to CECC 41000 or IEC 60393-1.
