Proprietary sensor fusion technology provides millimeter-level precision compatible with various post types, ensuring accurate placement regardless of container size or environmental conditions. Smart Retry Functionality continuously monitors for misalignments and anomalies in real time. When misaligned containers, incorrect position posts, or other adverse conditions are detected, the system aborts and retries without operator input, reducing downtime and minimizing product damage risk in high-throughput environments.
The safety envelope is context-aware and adjusts dynamically to real operating conditions. During straight-line travel, a dynamic brake zone scales to the size of the load being carried, with larger loads generating wider, deeper boundaries. Through corners and curves, zones reconfigure to match the vehicle's turning geometry.
A dedicated manual forklift fork protection system detects approaching forklift forks across three distinct scenarios, including whether forks are on the ground or lifted. Protection zones are applied during the forklift lifting cycle with distinct profiles for both empty and full load conditions, and protection zone geometry adjusts based on whether the forklift is carrying a load.
The obstacle detection system identifies objects as small as 4 x 4 in (10.2 x 10.2 cm). Dedicated personnel protection functionality uses multi-layered 3D sensing to identify workers in the vehicle's operating area. Rather than standalone 2D or LiDAR protection, the system integrates both into a single safety framework. Safety lasers provide 360-degree coverage regardless of approach direction. An auxiliary 3D protection system adds spatial monitoring based on the vehicle's maximum operating length and width.
