April 7, 2026

allPIXA neo 6k Line-Scan Camera is a 10GigE line-scan imaging system designed for high-speed automated sorting, routing, and inspection applications. The camera features a CMOS multispectral sensor with 6144 pixel x 4 line resolution and 5 μm x 5 μm pixel size. It supports capture rates up to 105 kHz in color and 300 kHz in mono, enabling continuous 24 h/7 d operation for conveyor-based identification and classification workflows.

The camera can capture up to four images in a single pass, including color, monochrome, and NIR channels, reducing redundant scanning steps. Data is transmitted through a 10 GigE (RJ45) interface supporting PoE for high-bandwidth transfer over standard Ethernet infrastructure.

Features:

  • Four-channel imaging in one pass
  • Color, monochrome, and NIR capture
  • Pixel-accurate triggering and multi-camera synchronization
  • 10GigE RJ45 interface with PoE support
  • Fully GenICam and GigE Vision compliant
  • Conveyor-based sorting and inspection compatibility
  • Suitable for mail, parcel, warehouse, food, and pharmaceutical applications
