ITT's i-ALERT3 wireless sensor delivers remote monitoring capabilities, enabling manufacturers to increase productivity and minimize downtime.

Designed to significantly expand machine health protection, the i-ALERT3 sensor is designed to monitor and log the vibration and temperature of any rotating machine more quickly, accurately, and cost-efficiently. By using a wider vibration frequency range, it is able to identify and diagnose mechanical and electrical failure in pumps, motors, and other industrial machines before they occur.

The wireless sensor enables manufacturers to increase productivity and minimize unplanned downtime. It includes a field-replaceable battery to minimize replacement time and cost. It is able to easily integrate into existing processes, and the i-ALERT3 is a seamless upgrade for customers using i-ALERT2.

Additional features include robust wireless software updates to add new features and enhance existing ones, a magnetic flux sensor that includes electrical health analysis capabilities for motors, accurate run speed, and load trending, and fast wireless data speeds using Bluetooth technology (BLE 5.0) to reduce data download times with the mobile app.

  • Monitor: Tracks vibration, temperature, and magnetic flux & run-time hours 24/7/365.
  • Alarm: Takes high resolution data when an alarm condition occurs and stores it for later analysis.
  • Trend: Captures data every 0.5s to 60 minutes and has up to 170 days of hourly on-board storage.
  • Analyze: Diagnose machine faults with vibration tools Fast Fourier Transform & Time Wave Form Analysis.
  • Environment: Intrinsically Safe with a 2 to 3 year battery life (use dependent). Water & dust resistant.
