GatorJaw: The Ideal Industrial Building Product

Dec. 16, 2008

GatorJaw is the revolutionary new frame building material that saves time and money. This innovative aluminum framing material allows manufacturing engineers and facility managers to quickly and easily build safety enclosures and process barriers on the manufacturing or shop floor.

The product is simple. GatorJaw is not a T-slot extrusion with those troublesome nut inserts. The one-piece fastener threads and fastens without the need for a backing bolt or nut insert. A quick turn with the GatorJaw tool and the fastener locks in place.

Running the length of this 1-3/4” square aluminum extrusion on all four sides is a continuous groove with square threads. Using matching square-threaded fasteners, you can join GatorJaw rails at any point along the rail, and at virtually any angle.

An insert channel running parallel to each threaded groove is designed to accept any 1/8" to 1/4" insert material, including polycarbonate, ABS, vinyl, pegboard and even safety wire.

The GatorJaw product line is simple and includes an array of accessories. Users find the learning curve is quick and they are able to design and build projects easily. This is especially important for safety managers who often find they need to rapidly build enclosures for new equipment or factory procedures, or quickly adapt to changes on the shop floor.

GatorJaw also accepts many off-the-shelf accessories such as brackets, shelving, plastic bins and containers and much more.
