MediFil Cart Vial Filler Delivers Precision With Ceramic Pumps
MediFil Cart is a standalone, cart-mounted vial filling system for easy portability and high dosing accuracy. The system uses servo-controlled ceramic piston pumps, with up to 12 filling channels, each powered by its own motor drive to allow individual adjustment for optimal precision.
A suck-back feature minimizes drips during fill cycles, and optional customizable fluid fittings are available to accommodate specific product needs.
To support rapid changeovers and cleaning, the MediFil Cart includes a proprietary stainless steel pump housing designed for simple disassembly and reassembly. Each ceramic pump can be quickly removed using a single hand screw. The system's portability allows it to be moved for off-line cleaning and calibration, then returned to the line for continued use without extensive setup.
An integrated PLC and HMI offer control over fill parameters, including enable/disable, volume, speed, acceleration, and suck-back. A recipe management system allows easy parameter setup for changeovers, and Ethernet connectivity supports remote system control or integration into larger production environments. Dose control and calibration can be performed using dose-weight input.
