Vairify Breathing Air Systems are designed to monitor for carbon monoxide and remove all other contaminants from compressor air, ensuring its suitability for respiratory breathing systems. RapidAir’s system ensures Grade D breathing air is provided, meeting or exceeding the stringent requirements set by OSHA standards.
Vairify breathing air systems are designed to meet OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.134(i)(1), including:
- Oxygen Content Percentage by Volume: Between 19.5 and 23.5%
- Hydrocarbon (oil and particulate): Maximum of 5 mg per cubic meter of air
- Carbon Monoxide: Maximum of 10 ppm by volume
- Carbon Dioxide: Maximum of 1,000 ppm by volume
- Lack of noticeable odor
