Dehydration is a risk on hot job sites, and workers in heavy PPE lose fluids faster than they realize; even mild fluid loss starts chipping away at focus and decision-making before anyone notices.

Twiceme Technology and FluidLogic are teaming up to address it from two angles. Announced at the 2026 NSC Safety Congress & Expo in Indianapolis, the partnership embeds Twiceme's NFC-based safety platform into FluidLogic's GPR50 Intelligent Hydration System—pairing proactive hydration with digital medical ID and equipment tracking in a single wearable.

The GPR50 delivers dosed hydration through a helmet-mounted, headset, or handheld setup, aiming to keep workers hydrated without adding another task to their mental load. Twiceme's layer adds a Medical ID feature that lets workers carry emergency contacts, allergies, pre-existing conditions, and medications digitally—accessible to a first responder with a phone tap to the unit, no waiting on paperwork or a supervisor. The system also includes Twiceme's Get Back Timer for solo workers, plus Share Location, Emergency Services, and Immobility Alert features.

Safety teams can track every unit through Twiceme's Safety Management Portal, which centralizes inventory, inspection records, and worker certifications, and flags units due for inspection or replacement.
