Second on our list is the Keypanion mobile app that comes from Southco, Inc. A wireless access control app, the Keypanion app enables a simple, plug-and-play system that allows users to share digital keys and manage equipment access from their phone, at any time and any location. Compatible with Bluetooth, users can securely create and share digital keys with other app users anywhere in the world. The app removes the need for physical keys or IT set ups. Simply download the app and register devices for an easy access control system.
Number 3 on our list comes from Enerpac which has released the BTW Series Battery Torque Wrench which promises to quickly move between bolting jobs without compromising on precision and includes pre-programming and calibration processes. Weighing 10 pounds, the wrench has a digital motor vectoring system that delivers torque up to 6,000 foot-pounds (or 8,130 newton-meters). working with 3/4 to 1.5-inch square drives, the wrench can be used for most bolting tasks, no matter the industry. One of the key benefits of this torque wrench is that it only needs one operator due to its handheld, battery-powered design and can easily reach difficult places. Users can easily set the torque to display as foot-pounds or as newton meters with the touch of a button. It comes with two Enerpac 18-volt 5.5 Ampere-hour lithium-ion batteries and a 60-minute fast charger. It also works with any compatible Cordless Alliance System battery, also known as a CAS battery.
