Martin Engineering will introduce multiple new and updated bulk material handling products at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026, March 3–7 in Las Vegas. The company will exhibit in booth C30148 in the Central Hall, highlighting new dust control components, smart flow technology, expanded electric vibrators, and additional belt cleaning options.

Below is a breakdown of what attendees can expect to see.

New Dust & Spillage Control Products

Martin Skirtboard Liner

Installed inside conveyor transfer-point skirtboards, the Skirtboard Liner absorbs impact and abrasion, shielding the sealing system from the material load and extending seal life. A molded-in steel plate prevents bond failures, and a T-slot mounting interface allows adjustment from outside the chute wall—eliminating confined space entry. Liners are stackable for higher drop chutes.

Martin A.I.R. Control Dust Curtains

These modular urethane curtains create controlled recirculation zones inside transfer point enclosures to reduce dust emissions. Each curtain is individually adjustable and can be serviced from outside the enclosure, cutting service time and removing the need for confined space entry.

Martin ApronSeal Urethane Skirting

This one or two-piece dual-seal system pairs a primary urethane seal with a self-adjusting secondary outer flap to contain fines and dust. Designed for belt speeds up to 900 fpm, it requires just 2 inches of free belt area and is engineered to minimize ongoing maintenance.

New Flow Technology

N2 Air Cannon Intelligence System

This cloud-based monitoring platform tracks connected air cannons multiple times per day, identifying misfires and plugged nozzles while measuring blast efficiency, pressure, and temperature. A dashboard displays system health, performance trends, and alerts, supporting predictive maintenance and reducing manual inspections.

Expanded Product Line

Expanded Lineup of Electric Vibrators

New electric vibrator models deliver increased power and efficiency for screening, separation, and flow promotion in chutes, hoppers, and silos. Designed to prevent buildup and reduce manual clearing, the updated models maintain durability and carry a 3-year warranty.

New Belt Cleaning Options

Martin is also introducing additional cartridge-style, non-urethane belt cleaner options built with stainless steel construction and tungsten carbide tips.

Martin H1 Primary Belt Cleaner

A stainless steel primary cleaner with abrasion-resistant tungsten carbide tips, designed for abrasive materials and high-speed belts.

Martin P2 Secondary Belt Cleaner

A precision-cast stainless steel secondary/tertiary cleaner with tungsten carbide tips for removing carryback fines and reducing spillage and airborne dust.

Martin R2 Secondary Belt Cleaner

Designed for reversing belts, trippers, and shuttles, the R2 offers stainless steel construction and tungsten carbide tips for heavy-duty bulk handling environments.
