Updated: V-100 Series Vacuum Reels Adds 1.25-in Reel

Coxreels' V-100 Series product line has been improved and expanded with the new 1.25 in vacuum hose reel (V-112-735 without hose and the V-112H-735 with hose).
The new model is a smaller frame size featuring 12-in diameter discs instead of the original 17-in diameter discs and is designed for use with 35 ft of 1.25 in vacuum hose. The outlet connecting to the hose remains 1.5 in, and the 1.25-in hose comes with 1.5-in slip cuffs on both ends for maximum flow.
The swivel design still allows for the connection of multiple hose sizes by using the inside and the outside of the housing, but a greater gradual taper has increased the amount of compatible inlet hose cuffs. The swivel also includes an enhanced O-ring sealing system for greater vacuum consistency and performance.
The hose has a flexible, crush-proof smooth interior hose for commercial cleaning applications and has standard 1.5 in threaded hose cuffs on both hose sizes.

Coxreels V-100 Series product has been improved and is now offered with a hose. With a redesigned fluid path, the V-100 Series features improved O-ring sealing for greater vacuum consistency and performance, in addition to a new swivel retention system, which has strengthened the frame and prevents separation of the swivel under excessive lateral loading.
Along with the redesign, another improvement is zinc plating of the swivel components for greater corrosion protection.
The hose reel allows for the connection of a 2-in (5 cm) hose on the inlet in addition to the 1.5-in (3.8 cm) hose. This is done by sizing the inlet to fit a 1.5-in (3.8 cm) hose on the inside and 2-in (5 cm) hose on the outside.
The hose lengths correspond to the HP rating of the vacuum used with the reel. For vacuums with 5 HP or fewer ratings, the 35-ft (10.6 m) model is recommended. For vacuums with greater than 5 HP ratings, the 50-ft (15 m) model is recommended. The hose has a flexible, "crush-proof", smooth interior hose suitable for commercial cleaning applications and is equipped with standard 1.5-in (3.8 cm) threaded hose cuffs.
