NobleOne AI Forklift Platform Adds Real-Time Operator Support

Noblelift's NobleOne AI forklift platform integrates operator support, safety systems, automation controls, and warehouse software connectivity into forklifts.

The fully integrated platform turns forklifts into connected systems that provide operators with real-time insights, skills-development tools, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), automation controls, and performance monitoring. The platform is intended to help close performance gaps in warehouse operations by improving operator consistency and productivity.

NobleOne is built as an open platform that allows operations to integrate technologies directly at the point of use. Its first launch partnership is with Gather AI, whose MHE Vision system uses AI-enabled cameras mounted on material handling equipment to capture pallet movement data in real time.

Integrated with NobleOne, MHE Vision records pallet movement and syncs data directly with warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. This provides visibility into material movement on the warehouse floor and helps align system records with actual warehouse activity.

The platform also supports:

  • AI-based operator coaching and training
  • Integrated ADAS safety functions
  • Direct control of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) from the forklift
  • Integration with web-based WMS and warehouse applications

NobleOne uses DevOps containerization to support third-party application integration. Its app store-style architecture allows operations to add and expand software tools over time.

The platform also includes edge-based AI hardware and software developed by Gigantic Systems Corporation, with plans to adapt it across the supply chain and other industrial applications.
