TREY Autonomous Forklift Now Comes in Medium, Heavy-Duty Models
Updates and Improvements (2026)
TREY Autonomous Forklift is now commercially available across North America and comes in two models.
The medium-duty model carries 3,500 lb (1,588 kg) and runs 12 h/charge. The heavy-duty model carries 6,000 lb (2,722 kg) and runs 10 h/charge, compared with the original model's 5,512 lb (2,500 kg) payload and roughly 8 h runtime.
Both models charge autonomously between cycles. Throughput has risen from 25 to 28 pallets/h, and the forklift can now handle single- or double-stacked pallets or cages.
The vision system now uses a two-camera stereoscopic module and sensor fusion. It identifies more than 119 load carrier types and their orientation, detects dunnage, and recognizes more than 30 common floor objects. Fleet management software and an analytics dashboard now come standard.
