The VOYAGER M40 Industrial Video Borescope is a portable HD inspection platform that combines high-definition live imaging, 360° articulation, and a modular interchangeable probe system for examining engines, castings, turbines, pipes, welds, gearboxes, boilers, heat exchangers, aircraft components, and other tight mechanical assemblies without teardown.

A high-strength aluminum alloy quick-release connector allows probes to be swapped without tools and delivers three times better thermal performance than standard connectors, helping keep electronics stable during extended inspection sessions. Compatible probe diameters range from 0.037 to 0.236 in (0.95 to 6 mm), extending the platform's reach to micro motors, capillary tubes, fine mechanical assemblies, compact aerospace components, and microelectronic structures in addition to larger industrial equipment.

The borescope's 5 in (12.7 cm) HD touchscreen has an 800 x 480 resolution and a 700-nit display that remains visible in direct sunlight. Real-time 4x zoom and 0° to 270° image rotation let operators inspect difficult angles, enlarge suspicious areas, and identify cracks, weld defects, surface damage, or internal wear without repositioning the probe.

A removable 5000 mAh lithium battery provides up to 4 h of operation and can be swapped in the field. The unit weighs 1.96 lb (0.89 kg) including the base and battery, and mounts hands-free with a quick-release magnetic base. The probe carries an IP68 waterproof rating and is fully submersible, designed for exposure to moisture, oil, and underwater conditions.

The system supports photo capture, video recording, time-watermarking, live on-image annotation, and multiple preview modes, allowing technicians to document findings during the inspection itself.
