DAS1800-R Rackmount Data Acquisition System Supports 80 Analog Channels
High-channel test environments, particularly in aerospace, defense, and automated test equipment (ATE) setups, require data acquisition systems that integrate cleanly into rack infrastructure while maintaining data security protocols. B&K Precision's DAS1800-R is a dedicated 19-inch rackmount data acquisition system built on the same hardware and software platform as the DAS1800 Modular High-Speed Data Acquisition System.
The chassis features 10 module slots with rear-facing module bays and communication interfaces to keep rack cabling organized. The plug-and-play module ecosystem scales to support up to 80 analog channels and 16 digital inputs. Sampling rates reach up to 1 MSa/s per channel across up to 40 channels, depending on the modules installed.
The system measures voltage, current, resistance, and temperature via thermocouples or RTDs. Signal measurement extends to ±1,500V DC or 1,000 Vrms, with CAT III 1,500 V and CAT IV 1,000 V safety ratings. A front-panel-accessible, lockable 1 TB SSD supports the removal of sensitive data to satisfy data sanitization requirements.
The 15.6-inch full HD touchscreen displays real-time waveforms, numeric values, and harmonic histograms up to the 50th order. A dedicated power analysis function covers DC, single-phase, and 3-phase systems at 50, 60, and 400 Hz.
