The smallest solid carbide micro drill with diameters from just 0.004 to 0.06 in., the DB130 Advance, delivers high precision and process reliability, thanks in large part to its micro-grain carbide, a special grade that enables optimum cutting-edge formation for high-precision applications. Due to its large standard range, the DB130 Advance solid carbide drill can be used universally in a wide range of ISO applications from steels and stainless to super alloys and hardened materials. With a point angle of 118-deg. and cylindrical shank, it meets DIN 1899 standards.

 

This micro drill can find ready application in industries such as; general machining, watchmaking, automotive and food as well as in die and mold. For diameters of 0.02 in. (0.5 mm) and above, the Walter DB133 Supreme solid carbide drill can be used.
