iShot Weld-i SAW HD weld monitoring video camera system verifies torch positions, wire feed orientation, etc.

iShot Weld-i SAW HD weld monitoring video camera system is capable of verifying torch positions, wire feed orientation, and welding part alignment during the submerged arc welding process. The system uses a 1,080-p/30-fps HDMI video signal with generated crosshairs on a full HD monitor to ensure that the automated and live SAW process is running to specifications.

 

The submerged arc weld camera system includes the Sony MA130 Micro HD Camera, 16x optical zoom, Image Flip, Image Mirror, Manual Shutter/Focus/Zoom Control, Auto Image Stabilization, 13 megapixels still frame picture capture, LED illumination and Cross-hair line adjustment in both the vertical and horizontal positions. The welding camera system comes with a choice of 10, 25 and 50-ft cable lengths with protective sheathing at the camera head end. The Weld-i SAW camera head uses spatter shields in front of the lens in order to protect the weld camera from any incidental spatter, smoke or dirt from the environment.
