Signicast Acquires FS Precision to Add Titanium Casting and Expand Aerospace, Defense Offerings

Signicast, a Form Technologies company specializing in precision investment casting, has acquired FS Precision to add titanium casting capabilities and strengthen its presence in the aerospace and defense sectors. The acquisition includes FS Precision’s intellectual property and specialized equipment, now upgraded and integrated into Signicast’s Hutchins, Texas facility.

The move enables Signicast to offer expanded services in vacuum alloy manufacturing, advanced machining, and sub-assembly—meeting growing demand for high-performance components in critical applications. Production is already underway at the Texas facility, with plans for further capacity expansion to support aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing customers.

Colson Group Acquires ESCO Plastics to Boost U.S. Urethane Manufacturing

Hillenbrand Sells Minority Stake in TerraSource Holdings to Astec Industries

Harbor Logistics, A&R Bulk-Pak Merge to Expand Logistics Services in Southeast U.S.

This strategic combination leverages Harbor's transportation and warehousing expertise with A&R Bulk-Pak’s packaging and bulk handling capabilities to provide seamless supply chain solutions to importers, exporters, and manufacturers. The new leadership team, led by CEO Kevin Shuba and CFO Jason Starnes, aims to grow the company's geographic footprint and capabilities while driving innovation in sustainability, safety, and digital supply chain management.
