Limble and VibeCloud Integration Automates Work Orders From Condition Monitoring Alerts
Limble, a maintenance and asset management platform, has partnered with VibeCloud Reliability Solutions to connect predictive maintenance monitoring directly to work order execution.
The integration addresses a common gap in predictive maintenance programs: alerts get generated, but work orders still have to be created manually. With this connection, condition alerts from vibration, ultrasound, and motor circuit analysis automatically trigger work orders in Limble. When asset conditions return to normal, those work orders can close automatically as well.
"Predictive maintenance only delivers when data drives action," said Susan Burris, VP of Partnerships & Ecosystem Strategy at Limble. "Connecting VibeCloud's diagnostic expertise with Limble's maintenance workflows removes manual steps and ensures the right work gets done."
The integration also captures maintenance activity data over time, which teams can use to track asset performance trends and strengthen reliability programs.
Key capabilities include:
- Automatic work order creation from condition-based alerts
- Automatic work order closure when asset conditions normalize
- Reduced manual data entry and transcription errors
"Bringing VibeCloud and Limble together helps maintenance teams move faster when issues are found," said Andy Rodes, VP of Business Development at VibeCloud Reliability. "It cuts down on the manual steps and helps make sure work orders actually get created and followed through."
