Kardex, Paccurate Launch Warehouse Integration Partnership at ProMat 2025
Kardex has integrated Paccurate's right-sized cartonization tech into its FulfillX warehouse software for better fulfillment, showcasing the partnership at ProMat 2025.
The two companies are aiming to enhance warehouse efficiency by integrating Paccurate's dynamic cartonization API into Kardex's Intuitive Picking Assistant and FulfillX execution software to reduce shipping costs, minimize material waste, and improve fulfillment efficiency. The integration is powered by SOFTBOT API.
When an order is processed, Paccurate’s platform determines the best box to use and generates packing instructions considering dimensions, weight, shipping constraints, and negotiated rate cards. Kardex's Intuitive Picking Assistant and FulfillX software then provide visualization for warehouse workers at the AutoStore port, allowing for precise picking and packing.
With this integration users will be able to reduce void fill through optimizing their box selection, lower transportation costs, reduce errors and inefficiencies in picking and packing, and improve the customer's experience with right-sized packaging.
Kardex also plans to integrate PacSimulate, Paccurate's simulation tool, into its consultative solutions. The companies will also launch advanced cubing initiatives to optimize inbound, putaway, and AutoStore grid configurations.
