The Chameleon Pump for the paints and coatings industry helps to minimize downtime with its quick flushability, allowing for rapid changes between different paint colors and types. Its rotary-spur gears create a smooth and continuous flow, eliminating the need for check valves, accumulators, and hydraulic circuitry.
The integrated active flowmeter provides closed-loop speed control of components, so users get an accurate flow control without the need for a secondary flowmeter. The pump is able to handle variations in temperature, viscosity, and pressure. It also integrates a leak-free triple lip-seal design that provides redundant sealing, reducing maintenance needs compared to traditional packing or face seals. A double seal arrangement with a barrier fluid reservoir, ideal for isocyanate applications, is also available.
The Zenith Chameleon Pump measures only 2.5 x 1.9 in. and weighs between 2 and 2.5 lb.
