Two hose solutions specifically for liquid cooling applications, the Boston by Danfoss Emperor EHW094 TPU hose and Royal EHW194 EPDM hose offer high flexibility for electric vehicles, data centers, and other liquid cooling needs.
As electric equipment and machinery become more powerful and complex, liquid cooling has emerged as a more energy-efficient and cost-effective alternative to air cooling systems. Both hoses are optimized for liquid cooling applications to provide leak-free fluid conveyance, improving efficiency and opening up new possibilities for machine design.
The Emperor EHW094 hose meets UL 94 V-0 flame rating and is non-conductive at +25,000V dielectric strength. Constructed from thermoplastic polyurethane, it's the first solution of its kind for liquid cooling. The Royal EHW194 is also UL 94 V-0 rated. It features a synthetic EPDM rubber construction with a fire-retardant cover. Both hoses offer high flexibility with torsional strain and kink resistance to simplify routing in tight spaces.
The non-conductive Emperor EHW094 TPU hose delivers performance and reliability, while the Royal EHW194 EPDM hose is a cost-effective solution to meet a number of application needs.
The hoses are available in 6 sizes and a range of colors.
