EMH, Inc.'s Model HF Engineered Hoists provide the capabilities of custom hoists at a lower cost for Class D applications.

EM Model HF Engineered Hoists, designed for heavy service Class D applications, provide traditional capabilities of custom hoists at a lower cost. The hoists include double reeving (8/2 and 12/2), providing true vertical lift. Half-depth drum grooves eliminate rope guides. They offer standard closed loop flux vector VF hoist control, designed with Class F motor insulation. Users can count on 40,000 hours of B-10 life for hoist gearboxes and motors.

The hoists have rugged motors and gearboxes with standard components so that spare parts can be easily obtained when needed for easy maintenance.

  • Motors and gearboxes use standard components such as drums, brakes, sheaves, and wheels
  • AGMA Class 11 gearing
  • Standard equalizer pin on trolley end trucks to prevent 3-wheeling
