Fortna's OptiSweep consolidates and transports small orders away from sorting systems using Geek+ robots to bring them to goods-to-person locations for bulk consolidation and outbound processes at 4,000 to 34,000+ pieces/h.

Fortna OptiSweep consolidates and transports small orders away from sorting systems autonomously in high-volume distribution centers. It uses Geek+ robots to collect orders from sorter divert locations and brings them to goods-to-person locations to deposit orders for bulk consolidation and outbound processes.

Fortna WCS software handles the workflow, managing the mobile robots and communicating with the sorter and consolidation stations to balance product flow.

Workers no longer have to bend and reach into bags to move items or walk great distances throughout the warehouse. It easily integrates with sorter systems and matches a range of throughput requirements, from 4,000 to 34,000+ pieces/h.

OptiSweep allows for prolonged runtime without disruption, scales easily, and improves facility-wide efficiency.
