Bliss C-series steel frame trimming presses represent a new addition to the Schuler portfolio of presses, automation systems, and dies for metal forming.

Custom forgings are produced by roughly 250 manufacturers, according to FIA data quoted by SCHULER, which indicates the scale of applications for the Bliss series of trimming presses it introduced recently.   Schuler designs and supplies a wide selection of presses, automation systems, and dies for metal forming, and the Bliss C-series steel frame presses represent a new addition to its portfolio.

Bliss C-frame presses are designed with one or two points of connections, and monoblock designs for single- and multi-station dies.

Bliss C-frame presses include the C1 presses with a one-point gap, designed for general stamping, with high accuracy and minimum deflection; the C2 presses, with two connection points and a longer bed, for larger parts and multi-station dies; and the SC2 monoblock-style presses for single- and multi-station dies.

Bliss C-frame presses deliver forces from 60 to 110 tons for trimming a wide range of custom shapes. They are built with a welded frame and outfitted with Allen-Bradley controls and light curtains, Lubriquip/Graco lubrication systems, Ompi pneumatic clutch and brake systems, Ross clutch valves. and Vibrodynamics mounts.

In addition to post-processing systems for forgings, Schuler offers hammer presses, screw presses, hydraulic and mechanical forging presses, ring and wheel rollers.
