OELHELD U.S. INC. recently introduced AirForge 4028, calling it “the clean lubrication revolution for every forging operation.” AirForge 4028 is a protective lubricant developed for hot forging of steel and alloys that delivers “outstanding” results when metal protection is required versus oxidation, gas diffusion and heat.

AirForge 4028 is colorless and contains no graphite. It provides the clean work and shop floor conditions most plant managers aim to achieve and maintain.

AirForge 4028 is diluted in water and can be used either by dipping or spraying the metal blanks.

“The product provides excellent results in a wide range of operations, even on challenging work piece shapes,” according to the developers. It is free of lead or any other toxic components and does not contain solvents.
