HELM INSTRUMENT's TFG-4300 Forgegard system includes tonnage monitoring, billet temperature control, and SPC charting in one system. The monitor features a built-in PLC with full color touch screen display. All set up parameters including high-low tonnage and temperature set points, SPC charting, and tonnage signatures are activated through the touch screens. Forgegard includes provisions for displaying average mean and standard deviation in histogram format.
