Pressure-Sensitive Label

SCHREINER PROTECH’s newly-designed pressure- sensitive label enables permanent marking of surfaces exposed to temperatures up to 1,470°F. It can be applied to a component, after on-site printing, using a thermal transfer printer with special TTR ribbons. An appropriate adhesive coating assures a required initial tackability. Then, as soon as the component is subjected to extremely high temperatures, the heat changes the label’s properties. The label forms a ceramic-like surface and melts on its substrate without impairing the definition of the printed information. www.schreiner-protech-na.com
