Armor Stack Modular Tool Storage System Locks Cases Into One Unit
Maintenance and construction crews working across multiple sites often carry hydraulic tools in standalone toolboxes, which makes it harder to keep job-specific kits together, organized, and protected in transit. Armor Stack is a modular, stackable tool storage and deployment system in which multiple cases lock together and move as a single unit, so teams can build tool configurations scaled to each job.
An integrated metal latching system secures stacked cases into a single tower weighing up to 498 lb (226 kg). Pre-cut foam interiors hold tools in place, and reinforced, padlockable security points protect contents during storage and transit. Wind-resistant hinged lids keep cases open during use.
Each case is validated to MIL-STD-810H for resistance to drops, extreme temperatures, and vibration. The cases are also ATA 300 specified and IP67 validated against dust and water immersion.
The system launches with the medium-sized C8 (ARMRC8) case, available in five configurations: three hand pump kits, a 10-ton hydraulic lifting kit, and a 10-ton hydraulic lifting kit with hand pump. An empty stackable case is available for storing existing tools. Over-molded handles provide a secure grip for lifting, an attachable two-wheel kit moves larger, heavier cases, and a dedicated trolley transports stacked cases around a site.
