TrewSort Swivel Wheel Sorter Handles Parcels up to 400 ft/min
The TrewSort Swivel Wheel Sorter is an all-electric mid-rate sortation system for parcel, e-commerce, retail, and manufacturing operations. It handles cartons, totes, polybags, and mixed parcel sizes at speeds up to 400 ft/min (122 m/min), targeting operations in the 45 to 200 cartons/min (12,000 units/h) range.
The sorter maintains small gaps between items for predictable product flow and consistent performance. It supports single and dual-sided 30°, 45°, and 90° diverts.
SmartRow technology independently controls and monitors rows of divert wheels, enabling accurate diverting of tightly spaced products.
Wheel Grip Technology combines a barrel wheel with a long-life coating to increase traction, reducing slippage and tracking errors common in mid-rate applications.
