Automated mobile robots (AMRs) run on predictable schedules. A stretch wrapper whose cycle time varies, or that leaves loose film tails, can stall that flow and send operators back onto the floor. Lantech's SL400AMR rotary arm stretch wrapper gives integrators a dedicated AMR interface with clear machine states and a consistent cycle time, so AMR traffic can be scheduled with no manual intervention.

The rotary arm wraps loads that stay stationary on the floor. That lets the machine handle light, heavy, unstable, or order-picked loads with no conveyors or ramps, and load weight is limited only by floor capacity. Peak production reaches up to 40 loads/h.

TurboTak secures the film tail with two stages of high-velocity air. The first blast shapes the film web, and a second, more focused blast presses the tail against the underlying film layers. With no heat or moving parts, it prevents film tails from dragging during automated transport. The Load Seeking Clamp captures the leading film tail for a stronger hold and fewer film breaks. Fewer people handling loads and less forklift traffic around the wrap zone also improve safety.
