Slot-Lock, Clamp-Lock 100 Crates Assemble Without Nail Guns

UFP Packaging's Slot-Lock and Clamp-Lock 100 industrial crate systems eliminate pneumatic tools and disassemble without damaging components.

Nail and staple guns introduce injury risk and require trained operators—limiting who can safely build and break down industrial crates on the floor. UFP Packaging's Slot-Lock and Clamp-Lock 100 are two industrial crate systems designed for hand assembly without pneumatic fastening tools.

Both systems can be disassembled without damaging components, supporting reuse and reducing material waste. Customizable configurations are available through in-house engineering and design teams.

Slot-Lock is a closed-style crate that uses CNC-routed interlocking panels secured with strapping. It's suited for aerospace and defense components, medical technology equipment, and sensitive electronics.

Clamp-Lock 100 is an open-style crate that uses patent-pending steel L-bracket fasteners designed for hand application during assembly. It's suited for commercial equipment, building materials, and infrastructure components.

A third system, U-Loc 200, rounds out the nail-gun-free lineup. It's an open-style crate featuring patented polyamide fasteners designed for hand application and removal, suited for automotive components and heavy machinery.
