VS 610 Vertical Pouch Maker Runs Tyvek, Poly, and Foil On Demand

Medical device manufacturers and contract packagers that rely on premade pouches face inventory overhead, long lead times, and limited flexibility when product specs change. Producing pouches on demand from rollstock eliminates those constraints.

Securus' VS 610 Vertical Pouch Making Machine is a compact, USA-made system that heat-seals pouches from Tyvek, poly films, and foil rollstock at up to 30 cycles/min. It supports pouch sizes from 2 x 2 in (51 x 51 mm) up to 6 x 10 in (152 x 254 mm), covering a range of products, kits, and components.

Tool-less changeover lets operators switch pouch sizes in under 30 seconds by slotting in the appropriate tooling and entering the target bag length. The machine runs as a standalone unit or integrates into automated packaging lines via robotic loading, scale feeders, infeed and takeaway conveyors, and reject handling systems.

Optional configurations include in-line printing, camera inspection, and a reject diverter. A validation package with IQ/OQ documentation is included as standard, supporting regulated manufacturing environments.
