Flexco's Roller Conveyor Scraper Tool (RCST) is a handheld maintenance tool designed to remove adhesive and sticker buildup from roller conveyors.
The tool's contoured blade is engineered for 1.9 in (48 mm) diameter rollers, with enough flexibility to fit rollers up to 2 in (51 mm) nominal. Because the blade profile matches the curve of the roller, it contacts more of the roller surface than a flat blade, removing buildup in fewer passes than flat scrapers or manual cleaning methods.
Blades are replaceable to extend tool life and maintain consistent performance. The tool mounts to the end of a standard paint roller extension pole or a common broom handle via a shared thread pattern, giving operators reach across wide conveyor sections without bending or climbing.
