Flexco'sRadial Belt Edge Protector (BEP-R) is a conveyor belt edge protector designed for curved conveyor systems. Unlike traditional belt edge protectors that overlap the belt, the BEP-R uses a vertical brush to create a flexible barrier at power turns—the points where parcels naturally migrate toward the outside edge and become wedged between the belt and conveyor structure.
Installation follows the same mounting process as Flexco's existing BEP line, allowing attachment wherever power turn protection is needed.
The BEP-R is suited for logistics facilities, airport baggage handling systems, parcel sortation centers, and operations using curved conveyors where package flow and system protection are priorities.
