The sensingCam SEC200 is an image-based code reader designed to identify 1D and 2D codes in logistics and industrial environments while keeping setup and daily operation straightforward.

A 1.3 MP camera module captures 1D and 2D codes at reading distances of 4 to 12 in (100 to 300 mm), regardless of code alignment or rotation. A green feedback LED and acoustic signal confirm successful reads, helping operators quickly identify scan results at manual picking stations or assembly steps. The device is housed in an IP65-rated industrial enclosure that protects against dust, water spray and mechanical stress.

Installation includes standardized mounting accessories and an LED alignment aid, along with an integrated web server that allows configuration directly through a browser without additional software. Ethernet and USB connectivity support integration into existing automation and IT systems, and cloning functionality allows settings to be copied to additional devices, helping maintain consistent configuration across larger or series installations.

The device follows a development process aligned with the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), which applies from December 11, 2027, incorporating standards-based data security requirements into its design.
