Air N Arc, a premier manufacturer of All-In-One Power Systems, has gone green with its diesel-driven Welder/Generator/Air Compressor Combo equipment.
Air N Arc’s Force Diesel Model 250 features a fully automatic SMART START mode in which the engine runs ON DEMAND of the welder and air compressor. By adding this feature to the already fuel-efficient, Tier 4-compliant Kubota Diesel engine, Air N Arc’s Force Diesel provides cutting-edge fuel savings and carbon emissions control.
Another advantage of an All-In-One package is the weight reduction, which can significantly reduce fuel costs and space savings, and add versatility in chassis and body options. The ON DEMAND feature also means less noise annoyance to the operator. The system can be switched between normal and ON DEMAND mode with the simple push of a button.
The Force Diesel 250 is also compatible with certain Bio-Diesel Blends. Also standard is the Remote Mount Control Panel that allows for the ultimate in operator convenience. Access to all functions and controls is at one easy-to-reach location; there is no need to climb in and out of the truck bed for each control. Systems come with different configurations of onboard air storage along with onboard fuel storage. Options are available for pulling fuel from the truck chassis.
