Spartan Scientific's Series 1090 and Series 1590 Stackable Solenoid Valves are pneumatic control components designed for space-constrained electro-pneumatic systems. The platforms are intended for OEMs and system integrators needing precise compressed air switching in compact designs.
The Series 1090 is a 10-mm wide stackable valve that provides rapid, low-power switching performance and supports up to 50 million cycle life in clean, dry air applications. Its small footprint is suited for analytical instrumentation, medical devices, and automation equipment where panel space is limited.
The Series 1590 is a 15-mm wide stackable valve platform that delivers increased flow capacity while maintaining a compact design. It includes orifice options up to 1.5 mm and pressure capability up to 145 psi. The platform also features IP65 environmental resistance for reliable operation in humid or contaminated environments.
Both valve families use modular sub-base stackable configurations that simplify internal air routing, reduce installation complexity, and allow expansion of manifold stations without redesigning pneumatic layouts. Multiple voltage and electrical connection options are available to support different control architectures.
