Enviro-Clean GP-HF Foaming Cleaner Is Free of PFAS and Phosphates
Oils and soils on equipment, machinery, floors, and walls call for a cleaner that penetrates quickly and rinses completely, and food and beverage plants also have to consider how their cleaning chemistry affects municipal and in-plant wastewater systems. Madison Chemical's Enviro-Clean GP-HF is a mildly alkaline, moderate-to-high foaming detergent concentrate for general-purpose manual cleaning in those environments.
The concentrate combines penetrating and wetting properties with emulsifying action for oils, and its foam lets it work on surfaces such as walls and machinery. It performs in most hard water conditions and rinses easily and completely. The formula is free of phosphates, NPE surfactants, PFAS, and EDTA, and is Prop 65 compliant.
In food and beverage plants, the cleaner can be used as an A1 general cleaning agent on all surfaces. It can also be used with steam or mechanical cleaning in all departments. It's safe on ferrous, aluminum, copper, and stainless alloys, as well as rubber, painted surfaces, and plastics, when used as directed.
Typical use is 2 to 10% by volume in water. Heavily soiled areas may need higher concentrations, and dilution rates and contact times depend on the type and extent of soils and deposits and on the base material being cleaned. Before use, food products and packaging materials must be removed from the room or carefully protected. After use, all surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water.
