beRobox's PALTZ.GO is a complete robotic palletizing unit, priced at $79,000, that arrives ready to operate and needs only a standard 120V connection for power.
The system is built around a Universal Robots UR20 collaborative robot mounted on a palletizing base with a fork-pocket design, so the complete unit can be moved with a forklift and leveled directly into position. Installation takes less than 1 hour. The universal infeed conveyor adjusts from 24 to 36 in (61 to 91 cm) in height and can be positioned for straight, 90° left, or 90° right infeed.
PALTZ.GO handles payloads up to 55 lb (25 kg) at up to 7 cycles/min and stacks up to 80 in (203 cm) high. Operators use STACKiT palletizing software on a 13 in (33 cm) touchscreen HMI to create pallet patterns, manage products, and adjust production settings without robot programming. A standard vacuum gripper is included, and the system ships with a complete risk assessment for collaborative operation.
Two optional modules are available for added capability:
- Variable Multipick: raise throughput to up to 14 boxes/min
- Manual Slipsheet Management: add slipsheets to the palletizing process
