Flex Stack Gantry Palletizers Handle Up to 110 lb With Browser-Based, No-Code Software

The Flex Stack series of gantry palletizers/de-palletizers is based on world-class Festo mechatronic technology.

CODI Manufacturing's Flex Stack series of gantry palletizers and depalletizers is available in three load capacities.

The Flex Stack series offers two standard models: one with a capacity up to 44 lb (20 kg) and one up to 66 lb (30 kg), both operating at 4 to 10 boxes/min.

The Flex Stack Pro is a customizable model with a load capacity up to 110 lb (50 kg).

Units can be skid-mounted and moved via pallet jack or forklift. The Flex Stack Pro supports twin-pallet configurations for high-throughput operations, allowing one pallet to load while the other discharges. The series supports depalletizing and mixed-product pallet builds. Tier sheets with glue options are planned.

Palletizing software features a browser-based interface compatible with Chrome, Edge, and Firefox, requiring no programming knowledge. A one-click auto-generate function calculates optimal pack patterns, with automatic plausibility and limit-value checks to verify functionality. A 3D pallet view allows rotation, zoom, and mouse-based repositioning of packaged goods. The software monitors and records the palletizing process status.

Mechatronics include Festo axes, multiprotocol servo drives, motors with a Z-axis brake, a hybrid controller, operator interface, vacuum technology, and CPX-AP-A remote digital I/O. Optional Festo AX Motion Insights subscriptions provide predictive analytics for electric and pneumatic components to support planned preventive maintenance. Optional Festo AX Data software enables IT access to operational technology data.
