Mitsubishi Electric Automation's GOT3000 human-machine interface (HMI) functions as a secure gateway between factory equipment and higher-level IT systems. Supporting OPC UA Client, OPC UA Server, and cloud connectivity, it enables data integration between IT and OT systems and communication with a wide range of factory automation devices.

The GOT3000 includes a built-in web browser for configuring and monitoring equipment without a PC, NFC contactless tag reading, USB-C connectivity, USB camera support, and built-in HDMI output. Network camera connectivity is planned for a future update. Secure remote access is supported through encrypted communication, data encryption, and a built-in VPN, enabling centralized cloud-based management of multiple devices for remote maintenance and predictive monitoring.

The HMI is compatible with Mitsubishi Electric's MX Controller motion and digital control platform, as well as the CC-Link IE TSN industrial network and legacy systems. It retains the screen design environment from previous GOT-series products.

The display renders up to 16 million colors and uses a capacitive multitouch (PCAP) touchscreen with support for swipe, pinch, and tap gestures. Dynamic frame animations are supported for screen transitions. Camera-connected live video can be recorded and displayed simultaneously alongside recorded footage, which can be used to investigate malfunctions.

The GOT3000 is available globally as of May 2026. Target industries include automotive, semiconductor, material handling, and pharmaceuticals.
