Funmat Pro 310 Apollo FFF Printer Targets Continuous PAEK Production
INTAMSYS' Funmat Pro 310 Apollo is a fused filament fabrication (FFF) printer designed for continuous production using PAEK and other engineering-grade thermoplastic materials. It uses an IDEX dual-nozzle system and prints at up to 8 in/s (200 mm/s), with Z-axis strength exceeding 40 MPa.
Build volume is 12 x 10 x 10 in (305 x 260 x 260 mm) in single-nozzle configuration and 10 x 10 x 10 in (260 x 260 x 260 mm) in dual-nozzle configuration.
The machine measures 28 x 26 x 29.5 in (700 x 655 x 750 mm) and weighs 176 lb (80 kg). Chamber temperature holds stable up to 212°F (100°C) to reduce warping and material inconsistency.
Two 3 kg active-drying filament boxes maintain material at up to 149°F (65°C), supporting up to one week of uninterrupted printing without material changeovers. RFID-based spool recognition identifies loaded materials automatically.
The INTAMQuality traceability system logs filament source, print parameters, and full runtime data, creating a digital record for each part for quality validation and certification workflows.
The INTAMSUITE NEO slicing platform provides process control for temperature, flow, and path planning. The printer is compatible with 35 materials.
