UK's Brockhouse Acquires Heartlands Extrusion Forge.

Move will expand its forging capabilities.

In a move planned to enhance its manufacturing capability Brockhouse Group, West Bromwich, has acquired Heartlands Extrusion Forge from Administrators BDO Stoy Hayward LLP.

Heartlands Warm Forging specializes in near-net shape forgings with optimum material use and excellent material accuracy. Typical applications are pinions, hubs, shafts and gears.

According to the Brockhouse company website (www.brockhouse.co.uk), it plans to move the equipmentt and personnel to its Hill Top location in the near future.

Brockhouse specializes in upset forging. It supplys components to a number of industry sectors including mining, railroad, defense, automotive, materials handling, and general engineering.
