Deep Draw Hydroforming Press

Avure's new deep-draw press QFM 0.8-800, will enable aircraft engine manufacturers to produce high-quality components with great accuracy. Material draw ratios of up to 3:1 is achievable, eliminating several forming operations, intermediate heat treatments and operator dependencies. The process require only one rigid tool half, the other being a flexible rubber diaphragm, leading to significant tool cost savings.
