The Forging Industry Association has been bringing forgers and their equipment suppliers together for four decades, to discuss technology and see the latest production capabilities—but Forge Fair 2015 was something of a first: the first Forge Fair presented on the new biennial sequence and the first in FIA’s headquarters city.
Forge Fair 2015 in Cleveland, April 14-16, presented nearly 150 exhibitors of equipment, supplies, and process capabilities. It also incorporated a three-day schedule of presentations on recent forging technology research and development. More than that, FIA developed the schedule to promote networking opportunities for forgers and their suppliers, who include all of the world’s foremost developers of forging production equipment and process technology.
