Datron, Inc. has entered into an agreement with General Dynamics OTS (Garland), L.P., an affiliate of General Dynamics, to sell substantially all of the operating assets of Datron's Intercontinental Manufacturing Company division, together with limited liabilities, for $141,000,000 in cash.
Completion of the transaction is subject to a number of conditions, including regulatory approval and the approval of Datron stockholders. Datron expects to close the transaction by the end of the third calendar quarter.
