TECT Corp. Reorganizes Sales and Marketing

Objective is Better Focus on Customer Needs

TECT Corp., Thomasville, GA, has instituted a significant reorganization of its sales and marketing to better serve its customers, support its sales growth targets, and marshal the business resources required to achieve these goals. Under the new structure, market and customer specialization will be emphasized to better meet the unique needs of its valued customers with comprehensive product and service offerings.

To this end, Thomas Moorefield has been hired as VP marketing and new business development. He will be responsible for developing new business, market opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions, as well as leading the marketing activities for the corporation. With over 20 years of international/domestic aerospace and industrial experience, Moorefield’s career includes executive positions with Heico, Honeywell, and Barnes Aerospace with prior management positions at GE Power Systems and GE Aircraft Engines. He obtained his BS, mechanical engineering, from North Carolina State University.

David Nolletti has assumed the responsibilities of VP sales-industrial. Prior to this appointment, Nolletti was the VP sales – TECT Utica. He has held prominent leadership positions in operations, marketing, market research, and maintenance/logistics. He was the director of new business development at the Stony Point Group, Global Baby Care new business marketing manager for Procter & Gamble, and a commissioned officer in the United States Army. Dave received his BA from Lehigh University and MBA from Xavier University’s Executive MBA program.

Additionally, Mr. James Davis assumed the responsibilities of VP sales - aerospace. Davis has held increasingly responsible domestic/international customer relations, contract, and management positions at TECT Corp, Utica Corp, Kelsey Hayes, and Sea Data Corp. He earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering - Oceanographic Technology from Florida Institute of Technology and is completing his MS in management from Troy State University.
