Vibro/Dynamics Corp. has announced several changes to its organizational structure with the announced retirement of Howard E. Habenicht, effective May 31, 2005. Howard will remain with the Company as Treasurer until that time.
Hal Reinke was named President, effective January 1, 2005. Hal has been with the company since 1973 and has held numerous positions at Vibro/Dynamics.
Jerry Folkens was named Vice President of Engineering where he will be in charge of all engineering activities. Jerry has been with Vibro/Dynamics Corporation since 1982.
Ron Adams was named Vice President of Operations. Ron has been with the Company since 1995 and will be in charge of all Production, Human Resources, and Quality functions.
