Inductoheat has expanded its aftermarket parts department, following a strategic analysis of customer installations and parts supplied in the past. A MRP (materials requirement planning) system is used to maintain appropriate inventory levels on over ten thousand different part numbers. Staff has been added both inside (order processing) and outside (sales) to handle the increased volume of activity. Difficult to find parts for older Inductoheat, IPE Cheston, Welduction, Lepel, and I.H.S. installations are often in stock.
Common perishable and durable tooling such as Instachange, bus assemblies, and standard locator tooling are in stock for immediate delivery. Over 80% of orders are shipped within 24 hours of order acceptance.
